About

Why do it manually when a script can do it while I sleep ?

Hi, I'm Reynaldi Wong — call me Rey. I'm based in South Tangerang, Indonesia. I've always been a lazy person, and that laziness made me ask the same question over and over: "What if I could just automate everything?" That question led me to study Mechatronics Engineering.

After graduating I worked with microcontrollers and machines — Arduino, PLCs, Raspberry Pi — and somewhere along the way I found myself doing DevOps. That discovery changed my direction.

This work stays close to what I love: automation, with the ability to do almost everything — though there are plenty of limits when you're handling physical things. Honestly, the title leans more Platform Engineer than DevOps Engineer.

I really enjoy working with Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins — watching a deployment pipeline go from manual to fully automated, and finding how a small tweak to a script makes the whole thing faster.

Today I'm a DevOps engineer at Digital Daya Teknologi, focused on improving the deployment pipeline for fintech applications.
